Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, online pre-registration for trade visitors is free. Walk-in registration is also available at the venue.
Visitors must carry a valid photo ID and their registration QR pass, printed or on a mobile device.
Use the Booking Form under Exhibitor Info to select your preferred hall, stall category and size, then submit your application for approval.
Standard stalls include shell-scheme construction, fascia signage, one power socket, and basic furniture. Add-ons are available at checkout.
Yes. Live system demonstrations are welcome. Share your power and load requirements with the operations team at least two weeks before the show so we can allocate adequate supply.
The expo is held at Momo Inn Convention Center, Nawdapara, Rangpur Road, Bogura - 5800.
Solar & Energy Expo 2027 runs for three days - 14, 15 and 16 January 2027 - open 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM daily.
